Welcome to Impuls
Wouldn't it be tremendous when Churches and congregations in the Netherlands were known as loving, caring, dynamic and healthy communities? Communities where people can actually meet God and where people with a passionate love for Jesus Christ can find each other, where people have the opportunity to be filled with the Holy Spirit. A place where people don't live only for themselves but also for the other?
Wouldn't it be wonderful when everybody in church would have a vision clear of God? And where the community is committed and working in unity towards their goals given by God? Where leaders enjoy being leaders and serve with a heart full of the Spirit of God, full of love, full of insight and wisdom, empowered and carefully trained to carry their responsibilities with a serving, healthy attitude?
Wouldn't it be powerful when Christian communities were serving their Lord with passion and strategy, together with other Churches, organisations, business people, and the local authorities to fulfil her missionary task? Where man and women can grow up in a mature and balanced attitude towards God and each other. Where church members serve with their spiritual gifts, always looking to be relevant for people living in other ethnical, social or geographical groups, giving them the opportunity to respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ?
Wouldn't it be great for the bride to become ready to join the Bridegroom?
Yes, that would be great, and we believe that this dream can become reality.
Therefore Impuls ministers in two area's: development for churches and development for leaders.
eXcellence
Our church development is called eXcellence, the X stands for the centrality of Christ, he is head, the creator and goal of church development. But eXcellence also stands for quality: quality in ministry to bring people to their destination in Christ.
aXion
The name aXion emphasises the conscious and active role of leadership development. But also the active relationship with God, the growing consciousness of the leader himself and the active responsibility to his family, church and community. There for the X stands for the centrality of Christ.
